By Now, many have seen all the ads for www.Prizola.com
Most people, including myself, have signed up on the homepage to get notified of when they launch.
Many have speculated its just a scam, or practical joke, or just a way to get a big mailing list of people.
I have gone behind the scenes, and found out it is, in fact going to launch in 2007. (with a possible "soft launch" around xmas)
The cash an prizes will start small and ramp up towards the end of the year....possibly as high as $100,000
Vacation getaways will be common, as well as gift cards to select retailers (online & Brick & Mortar)
Great, so now we know it's a legitimate contest site, maybe not quite as big as www.iwon.com ...yet, but legit nonetheless.
OK, so the big question is....
WHAT THE HECK IS IT???
How exactly will Prizola.com work? I understand they will possibly select winners who simply do an internet search on google.
That would be great, since most people use google several times a week, now they get a chance to win Cash & Prizes.
My Wife & I can always uses some extra "cashola" and if I don't have to jump through hoops (just search normally) I wouldn't mind using their portal for the same google search resulsts.
I also got from my source there will be multiple ways to win, like playing games. I don't have a lot of time for online games, (though I think they are super fun!) but I know many do enjoy them and would love a prize just for playing or gettting the "high score".
